Expanding Meaningful PDBE Participation
Strong Tower is Disability:IN DOBE-certified and participates in the Persons with Disabilities Business Enterprise category relevant to California utility supplier-diversity programs.
California's regulated utilities participate in formal supplier-diversity programs under the California Public Utilities Commission's General Order 156. GO 156 includes PDBEs within the Supplier Diversity Program and provides for eligible diverse suppliers to participate directly or as subcontractors to prime contractors.
Qualifying subcontracting awards may be included in a utility's GO 156 reporting results. Strong Tower's role is to deliver substantive work—not to serve as a pass-through supplier.
