Strong Tower Consulting Privacy Statement
Strong Tower Consulting LLC (“Strong Tower,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, apply for an opportunity, join our talent community, or otherwise interact with us.
This statement applies to information collected through strongtower.ai, strongtower.consulting, Strong Tower recruiting and contact forms, and related communications. A linked third-party website or platform may have its own privacy notice.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect identifiers and contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, employer, and organization; the contents of inquiries and communications; and preferences regarding email or SMS communications.
If you pursue an employment, consulting, contract, or other professional opportunity, we may also collect your résumé, employment and education history, skills, qualifications, professional profiles, location, work authorization, compensation or availability information, interview information, references, background-screening information where permitted by law, accommodation requests, and other information you choose to provide.
Our website and service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps, security events, and similar server-log information used to operate, protect, and improve the website.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide and improve our services; evaluate and administer employment or consulting opportunities; communicate about relevant opportunities; support onboarding and client engagements; maintain website security; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal, contractual, client, and regulatory requirements; establish or defend legal claims; and carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected.
AI-assisted résumé and candidate review
Strong Tower may use artificial intelligence or other automated tools to assist our recruiting professionals with administrative and analytical tasks, such as organizing applications, searching résumés, summarizing experience, identifying relevant skills, or comparing candidate information with stated job qualifications. These tools support our team; they do not make final hiring, interview, placement, or employment decisions on their own. A qualified person remains involved in reviewing candidates and making decisions.
You may request that your résumé and application materials be reviewed without AI-assisted screening. Email privacy@strongtower.consulting with the subject “Human-Only Resume Review” before or promptly after applying. Strong Tower will honor the request and route your materials for human-only review. Requesting human-only review will not reduce your consideration for an opportunity.
Strong Tower does not intend to use AI to infer sensitive traits, analyze emotions, or make decisions based on protected characteristics. Where applicable law requires additional notice, consent, an alternative process, accommodation, or information about an automated employment decision tool, Strong Tower will provide it.
How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, security, communications, recruiting, applicant tracking, document storage, background screening, analytics, or other business operations. These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide services to us and subject to appropriate contractual obligations.
For recruiting or engagement purposes, we may disclose relevant candidate information to a client or prospective client when appropriate, consistent with the opportunity and applicable law. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, affiliates, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, employees, or the public. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party services
Our website may use essential cookies, server logs, and limited measurement or security technologies. We do not use the website to serve targeted advertising. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling essential technologies may affect site functionality.
Our website links to or embeds services operated by third parties, including social media and our CEIPAL career portal. Information you provide directly to a third-party platform is also governed by that provider’s privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notice of each service you use.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this statement, including recruiting and talent-community consideration, client and business needs, dispute resolution, and legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship, and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a breach requires notice, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, information about how it is used or disclosed, restriction of certain processing, or an appeal of a request decision. You may also withdraw optional communication consent. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising a privacy right or requesting human-only résumé review.
Submit a privacy request by emailing privacy@strongtower.consulting or calling (425) 818-3638. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no need to opt out of those practices. Where legally required, we will recognize applicable browser-based privacy preference signals. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry.
Email and SMS communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. If you consent to SMS communications, message and data rates may apply and you may reply STOP to opt out. Transactional, safety, legal, or service-related communications may continue where permitted.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this statement
We may update this Privacy Statement as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised statement on this page and update the “Last updated” date. We may provide additional notice when required by law.
